The rule is to respond as swiftly as possible!
According to each job’s priority, we offer:
- Regular Service: Within a maximum of 2 working days
- Emergency Service A: Urgent** visit during regular working hours
- Emergency Service B: Very urgent** visit outside regular working hours & during holidays
* Service to remote areas in Mount Lebanon might exceed the above – in agreement with clients
** Within 3-5 hours - Upon real emergency assessment and in relation with our teams’ availability
